Outside of real estate, Daniel has enjoyed a successful career as an actor and musician. In addition to appearing in various commercials and national campaigns for top brands (among them Levis, Burger King, Dell Computers, TMobile, HSBC, MTV and Vespa), his band Preacher and The Knife has performed at Williamsburg Hall of Music, Webster Hall, a Cynthia Rowley Fashion show and numerous other festivals and venues across the United States. Daniel's work as a real estate agent gives him the opportunity to help clients identify and sell choice investment and development properties and realize their dreams.

EMMA BARATTINI, SALESPERSON

 

Emma began her real estate career working on residential rentals and commercial leasing in Manhattan. A resident of New York City for over a decade, Emma has gained a robust knowledge of the city and its markets, having lived and worked in three boroughs - Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Emma earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from New York University, where she graduated cum laude, and pursued careers in both the fashion and education industries before landing on real estate, to which she brings a unique assortment of skills. Emma is extremely professional, trustworthy and hardworking, and she is excited to bring the skills and knowledge she has gained to Evergreen Realty and Investments, where she continues to work on both residential and commercial deals. Emma is known for her unyielding work ethic and tireless pursuit of her clients' goals.

DAVID SORIA, SALESPERSON

Born and raised in Queens, David's love for New York City made real estate a natural fit for him. His intimate understanding of local neighborhoods gives him an edge that has helped him relocate hundreds of New Yorkers from all different walks of life.

 

His deep belief in integrity in business is what fuels his success and confidence; every time he takes on a listing, it is a guarantee that he will work his absolute hardest for his clients.

BORIS AGAYEV, SALESPERSON

Boris is a hard worker with a long history in sales and customer service. Boris grew up in Brooklyn and at the age of 15 he had already begun to climb the latter in the sales business. By the age of 21, he was managing a restaurant and a cell phone store where he increased sales by 25% in both businesses. Boris is always dedicated to the task at hand and works well with clients to meet their every need. He is creative enough to figure out a fair and reasonable approach to every aspect in sales, leaving both the buyer and the seller satisfied.

SHIHO SUGA, SALESPERSON

Born in Tokyo, Shiho moved to New York City in 2001 to pursue an education at FIT. Following successful careers in fashion, design, and the restaurant business, she brings her previously acquired skills to the real estate industry; her attention to detail and problem solving ability chief among them. 

 

While working at a Manhattan-based architecture firm, Shiho fell in love with the buildings and spaces that make up this city, convinced that each one has a story to tell. She brings this passion to Evergreen Realty & Investments to find the right space for each client.

CAITLIN HACKETT, SALESPERESON

​

Real estate, design, and the built environment have been lifelong passions for Caitlin.  Sharing these interests with her father, she often spent her weekends accompanying him at open houses and architectural tours throughout the midwest. In college, she studied Literature and Urban Planning, receiving a Bachelor's in both from the University of Illinois. Intent on further exploring urbanism, Caitlin moved to New York City and graduated with a Masters in Urban Planning from Columbia University. For over nine years, Caitlin worked for the City, advocating for additional resources for parks and green spaces; ultimately, helping to secure over $150M in new funding. Through this work, she gained invaluable budgetary, analytical, and asset management skills, as well as a deep understanding of municipal processes and the art of negotiation. Combining these skills with her background in planning and design, Caitlin is transitioning to real estate and joined the team at Evergreen Realty & Investments.  Bringing with her an enthusiasm for neighborhoods and design, Caitlin helps each client find the right space to fit their needs.

AMY ERICSON, SALESPERSON

Amy has over 13 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, with an institutional background in capital raising and structured finance for commercial transactions. She is a proud Ridgewood resident with a passion for the neighborhood. Amy brings enthusiasm, attention to detail and a concierge level of client service to each encounter.

Amy received a B.A. in Political Science from Emmanuel College (Boston, Massachusetts). She graduated magna cum laude with distinction in her field. Amy also holds Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.

Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, baby boy and their two dogs and two cats. She loves supporting local businesses and practicing yoga in her free time.

SYLWIA KRUSZEWSKA, SALESPERSON

Sylwia is a dedicated real estate professional with a background in interior design and construction. Originally from Poland and based in New York since 1999, she brings a unique blend of skills to her work, having transitioned from roles in accounting and office management to becoming a controller at a construction company. Her experience in residential and commercial renovations allows her to offer a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of her clients' needs. Whether helping clients buy, sell, rent or design spaces, Sylwia builds strong relationships by listening closely to their goals and providing expert guidance every step of the way. She's known for her positive energy, commitment to quality, and passion for making her clients feel confident and well cared for.

JOEL CRUZ CORTES, SALESPERSON

Raised in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Joel earned his Bachelor's Degree inBusiness Administration from Brooklyn College in 2017. Prior to transitioning to the real estate industry, Joel had the opportunity to work in various roles in management and sales which allowed him to serve the public with absolute professionalism, integrity, and diligence, qualities that he takes with him as a Commercial Real Estate Salesperson. Before joining Evergreen Realty & Investments, Joel worked for

Alan Bernstein Realty, Capri Jet Realty and JA Cohen Advisory Group. Driven to succeed, Joel also has a positive attitude that leaves a lasting impression on his clients. His number one goal is to offer expert assistance to ensure the satisfaction of his clients and he is willing to go above and beyond to do just that.

ZACK BRUCE, SALESPERSON

From performing music on stages around the country, to leading business development at a community bank in Manhattan, to working as Head of Growth at a fintech startup, Zack Bruce is always working to close a deal. Zack values integrity and is a natural connector, which makes him a great fit for New York real estate. A longtime New Yorker, and proud resident of Ridgewood, you can find Zack just about anywhere people congregate. If you see him at a park or restaurant around the neighborhood, say hello! When not running around NYC, Zack is unplugging and spending time with his family, playing music with friends, cooking, building something, and otherwise just trying to have a laugh.

AMANDA ISEA, MARKETING MANAGER

After obtaining her degree in Communications and Audiovisual Arts in Caracas, Venezuela, Amanda relocated to Brooklyn. There, she continued her education at The School of Visual Arts, where she earned an Advanced Cinematography diploma. Amanda's journey also took her into the construction industry, where, over the years, she has gained valuable insights into marketing tools and NYC real estate. She treasures the fact that she gets to call Brooklyn her home, and she is eager to help other New Yorkers feel the same way.
